The product is built around real use cases such as following a structured plan, logging a workout quickly, and reviewing whether weekly consistency is improving.

KangiApp combines several parts of the fitness experience that are often spread across separate tools. Training plans provide structure. Tracking tools reduce friction during a session. Progress summaries turn sessions into data that can be reviewed over time. Streaks, XP, and leagues add a lightweight competitive loop that supports consistency without replacing the underlying training objective.
